I am not certain this is the correct forum to post my question in , so please excuse my ignorance. However , I know someone has the knowledge to educate me on this matter.
I am currently enrolled in a class online to become an agent , I am not sure I understand the concept of "Subagency". Can someone please in form me on this in detail.
Your help is greatly appreciated !

When a home is listed for sale there is a listing agent. In the past (more so than now) when you brought a buyer to the seller you became a sub agent representing the seller and not the buyer.
