    Hello!
I would like to know what are the rules for foreign investors. Will it be possible for a foreign person (without residence in usa) to purchase an apartment paying with cash and renting the place afterwards?? In case anybody can help me or point me to a place where I could read the rulse I will appreciate it a lot.
    thanks

yeah if you are paying cash, i dont think it would be a problem. I think a loan would be a different story. If you need any investment help in Texas Call me.
