    Default email campaign

    Other than a chance to "opt-out and the address of the sender, when starting an email campaign, what type of legal issues need to be considered.

    What about sending email to potential customers that you have never dealt with before?

    Check the FTC website for information on the CAN-SPAM requirements. Email campaigns to non-opt-in subscribers is tricky at best. Your web provider, host or domain registrar could cut your service with a single acquistation.
