Suing Neighbors
I live next to a minidorm/frathouse. I call the police at least once a week for parties they have until 4:20a.m. in San Diego, CA
What kind of lawyer is best for suing the owner of the property. The phone number and website I had for the owner are disconnected. The house was going to be sold at auction last monday but apparently the owner paid his 10 month back mortgage so now I am stuck and frustrated.
I have filed a complaint with Neighborhood Code Compliance, the City Agency but nothing has been done.
Condo owners get to complain to an HOA but who do normal people get to complain to? I have talked to the 18 year old that live there the day after their first party went to 5:15a.m. after that they just told me F*** off......and as a bonus they got 2 pitbulls last week that bark all day.

That is unfortunate. Any general practice attorney should be able to assist with a cease and demand letter. I would start by contacting the owner.

It seems that any attorney should be able to help you out with this matter. Maybe the police should go in that house and see what else they have in there.
