    If I am not a realtor, can I post listings on my site w.o consent? Thanks!

    You need to consult the various laws in your area regarding real estate or speak with an attorney in your area that is familiar with the laws and able to give you legal advice. No legal advice given or intended.

    That being said, scrapers are the scum of the earth IMHO. The listing information, pictures etc all belong to the listing company. it might be easy to copy and paste or use a program to scrape, but it is wrong IMHO.

    If you own a website and you will let people post their various items for sale there, that is great. But if your site exists only to steal the information and pictures from somewhere else, then that is wrong IMHO.

    Mark-
    Thank you for your prompt response! I am the owner of StopWandering.com, an online resource to help users find RE within proximity to synagogues. We do not profit off any sales of RE....we are not realtors. I agree that scraping is unethical...I am not in that business. Can you acquire the listings from an RSS feed? Thank you again.
