    Default Broker Fees in Boston

I have noticed some companies offering gift cards if they rent at certain buildings. Is that legal in Boston?

I don't see any wrong in the offer. I guess it's not illegal at all. A company can offer anything as long as they can give it!

If it is illegal it will be a real estate law so your best bet would be to talk to the state licensing authority. It sounds like sour grapes to me.
