Default was I charged too much for property transfer?

I sold two adjacent lots and the closing cost for the transfer was $600. Is it a reasonable price for attorneys too charge that much? I was really floored thinking the cost might be $150 or around that figure.

I guess it really depends on where you are located but around here this sounds pretty normal. I didn't think you could get an attorney to do anything for $150.

Didn't you call around and check prices before you picked your attorney?

Having charged with $150 sounds reasonable enough.
