    Default No initial deposit

After documents signed by both seller and buyer, the deposit was late getting to escrow agent and the was only half what it was supposed to be , now after 120 days they want extension, seller is tired of being jerked around and wants out by default by the buyer not paying correct deposit amount and also being late. Do they have a case?

    Default Default by the buyer

From the information you have provided, it seems as though there are grounds to terminate the contract and keep the remainder of the deposit.

Having said that, I am not sure what the regulations are in your state. I would contact the broker of the office and have their attorney advise you on the proper course of action.
