    Default Real estate license

Look at your local department of real estate website and it should have all the information you need. That is the best advice I can give because it may be a little different in every state.

Rules for getting real estate license differs state by state. You must need to take course for the same and pass the state exam for real estate license. Then after you can get the license. In which state you are living?

Check with your state. There should be some type of professional licensing agency that sets the rules and regulations for becoming a licensed real estate agent.
