Foreclosure Specialist Needed
Hello everyone,
I have a friend who is renting a house. He just became aware that there was a lis pendens filed on the property for foreclosure. To make it even worse the home owner knew he wasn't going to pay the mortgage before they signed the rental contract. Does he continue paying rent? Does he re-negotiate the contract? What is his rights since the owner had this planned from the beginning.

Your friend should start to look for another place to live before he gets kicked out of this house and has to find another place to live on short notice.

It is better to find the new place and house so that he can avoid the frustration once the current owner totally lost the property.
Never mind what you doing; but what you did should make think others how you did it.

I think you should have the person contact an attorney for legal consulation. I'm an Independent Associate with Pre-Paid Legal Services, and our membership offers unlimited legal consulation, among other services, for a small monthly fee. You can view a video on my website about our service to see if it would be a good fit. Please visit my profile for more information.
