Default You should not ingnore the default notices. Why?

Legally you should be 60 days behind on your mortgage payment before any foreclosure can actually begin. In fact you will be contacted when your first mortgage payment is about 30 - 45 days late. Never try to avoid this contact as it can be your best chance to work out on your Massachusetts foreclosure.

    Default Mortgage Default

I've actually found that the further behind a client gets on their mortgage, the more motivated the lender becomes to work out a deal. Has this been your experience?
