    Default Selling home to family

My parents wants to buy my home (we both live in California) and we've agreed on a price. They will be paying cash (market price) for the home and they don't need any inspections or anything as they know the property very well (they currently live in it part time). The home is fully paid for and has no liens.

How do I legally transfer title to them?

Is this something I can do myself or would I have to pay an escrow company to process the paperwork?

But do they want to buy it? What not to present it? And it's going to be very easy to do it in general. But in any case you should go to the local agent to have the legal procedure.
