    Default Real Estate Trust

    Hello,
The deed to my house is in a revocable agreement of Trust. But now I want to place the house on the market. Can I let things stay as they are or must I have the trust revoked and recorded back into my name before I contact a real estate agent? The deed states " Robert Jordan Revocable Agreement of Trust". I live in Philadelphia, Pa.

    Hi,

Trustworthy and faithful agents must be hired to assure legal dealings, if the dealing is not legal it can create problems for the buyers and sellers in the future. No wrong method should be used to sell property quickly as it can lead to penalty by the court of law and seizing up of the property

    Thanks

Just go ahead and sell your property. Sign all the paper work with the title you carry in the trust. Not a big deal.
