Hello Pros
I've evict the old manager whose has been operate my building for longtime. Now, the old manager has gone for 30 days. He left a lot of junk behind. One of them is the torn apart RV. I would like to know what is my right to all of this stuff. In fact I don't need anything from it. I just want it all out so to make room for my building. Would you please advice me on how to approach this issue step by step without getting fire back from the old manager if he were to come back and say where is his stuff. Thx a lot in adv

In an issue like this, I would consult with a paralegal. Every State and Province has completely different laws regarding matters such as this. You could be in a lot of hot water if you do the wrong thing. It could really come back to harm you and your reputation if you are caught doing something that's not legal.
