Default Realtor theft of listed property

this post is to inform of a situation that recently occured while listing my home for sale with Nycholle Brown and Christopher Crumlish of a Chicago based company called condo.com

my families house, which was in foreclosure and vacant for about a year, had the locks changed by the finance company and the only person with access to the new keys was Chris and Nycholle, the realtor on the property. a few months later the house was robbed of its appliances with no signs of forced entry. yet no doors or windows were unlocked. too me it's an open and shut case. the police report was taken naming them as the only possible suspects but to my knowlege the detective has yet to even contact them several months later.

any suggestion on how to proceed?

i hope this helps anyone out there doing a search on these realtors of condo.com before listing with them. Not to mention Nycholle's complete lack of social skills in even the most basic conversation about the property. i highly recommend not listing a property with these people. Since this has all happened i have re-listed my property with a reputable agent/agency that is experienced with short sales and foreclosure transactions. just my two cents. i hope this post helps in validating who you are trusting hundreads of thousands of dollars with.

I don't see what your problem is. The house was foreclosed so it is not yours anymore. When the finance company hired the locksmith to change the locks they also hired a company to remove any personal property such as appliances.

I agree to Greg, since it is already in foreclosure, the Bank has all the right to take the house's privileges. If you see any problem with this, better make clear statements to the Bank directly to get you inform with all the legalities about the foreclosed property.
