what are rights as a part owner of a house? PLEASE HELP!!
so here's the situation. I have a friend that i bought a house with back in the middle of may. we have been getting along for the most part up until the last couple of weeks!!! he has a girlfriend that has moved into the house without my permission and has brought a dog with her that has torn down my blinds countless times. I have replaced them about five time now!!! finally i said enough is enough and told her she had to take the dog back to her apartment which she still has but never stays there. my roommate refuses to make her take the dog back to her place solely out of spite.
what are me legal rights in the manner? can I legally kick her out of the house or at least the dog?? My roommate also hasn't had a job since we've moved into the house together but has paid his bills thus far. However he is sometimes 2 weeks late paying them. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you

You have absolutely equal rights and i think you should consult a lawyer and ask him advice, but i think you shloud talk to your friend immediately and seriously. At least you can get rid of the dog!

Talk to your friend again so that this issue wont get big. But if your friend still not cooperating, ask for legal help. Ask for help to the lawyer.

Talk to your friend and tell him that if they cant get rid of the dog then just make him pay for the things the dog would destroy
. you wont lose a friend this way.

It's better if you talk first to your friend together with his girlfriend then give them some rules and if they don't cooperate it's the right time to consult a lawyer for some advice.
