Default Legal issue with not paying mortgage

I am new to this sight and have an important question. I have a home in Texas with a mortgage thru Taylor Bean. It seem TB has shut down thier loaning business and I can not get a hold of them to pay my mortgage. They never did send me a payment book, and each month I would call and pay by phone or log onto thier web site and pay. Now, niether one of thoses work. Noone answers phones and the website is "restricted". How do I pay?? I googled TB and alot of people can NOT pay thier loans back. I have the money and I am planning on "paying" myself each month untill I figure this out. Can they hit my credit?? Will they try to forclose?? I thought about finding an adress to send a check but Im thinking they will get it, cash my check and never credit anything because that side of the business is closed now.Any help would be great. Thank You

Bank of America is taking over some of their loans. Bank your payments and document everything. Eventually someone will contact you and you will most likely owe the back payments.

This is good advise. Certainly bank your payments, and certainly document everything - lenders today lose more "stuff" than anyone - ever - even my kids.

If you fail to document, there can be negative credit and today negative credit is very serious.

Try your best to avoid negative credits. These are dealt with very seriousness now a days.In case, you might want to consult a laywer or a firm those who deals about these matters.Go for a positive approach.
