Intellectual Property Rights for Web Designs
Can anyone tell me who it is that you file a complaint with if someone is violating your intellectual property rights?
I have a web hosting company that is not posting my artwork links properly or not at all. It makes it look as though some of our beautiful designs have been done by this company.
HELP!

This is a civil matter so you have to hire a lawyer, prove the offense, show damages and sue the offender for those damages.

Do you have a real claim for intellectual rights? Without proper claims in the first place you may not have a claim.
