    Default misdemeanor

    In Florida if you are charged with a misdemeanor nothing related to a Real Estate transaction must I reported to the board or the DBPR. Thank You

    Carlos,

    Have you checked to see whether or not this misdemeanor has shown up on your public records? If it hasn't, it seems like an unnecessary can of worms to open.

    Make sure you check all of the forms you sign as to whether or not there are any clauses asking whether or not you have been arrested.
