    Default Forebearance Question

    Good Afternoon,

    My home almost went into foreclosure about 3-4months ago. The servicing company placed are loan into a forebearance program. My question is if I decide the home is not worth paying for anymore, how long do I have after I stop paying on the forebearance to move out of my home?

    [COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]A Forbearance is just a term used between the owner and the bank to stop the foreclosure. If the bank is offering what they would call a forbearance loan or a forbearance program then most likely it is just a form of work out loan or modification of the loan you currently have. You need to read through your note to read the acceleration process. Even then you as the home owner has right to occupy the home with what
