    Question terms I don't know!

I have been asking real estate agents and also the county recorders office and nobody can give me an answer.
what does the term QUIT CLAIM WITH TERMINATION mean?

Doesn't any body know these terms? That's pretty lame. no realestate agents out there that knows the business.

Quit claim means you waive away all your rights to said property. They're pretty common in transferring back and forth between LLCs, divorces, getting family members off the deed, etc. I have never heard of quit claim with termination, but it sounds almost like dropping all charges with prejudice, i.e. never to come back again.

like you said you have never heard of quit claim with termination, but I appreciate the try. the other thing is nobody knows what the term really means and yet it is a term that that is being used all the time.
