Default Work at your own pace in the real estate business

Are there any retirement options for active real estate agents? I want to have more information on income for agents after they stop working. Is there any way to ensure a continuing income with the help of a customized retirement plan? I would like to invest or become a part of some program that offers me this, because I am a real estate agent and I would like to plan my future well in advance.

of course there are - all you need to do is talk to an investment broker or financial adviser and they'll be happy to show you a ton of them.

Default Real Estate Business at Home

There is one method I use to make a good living with real estate. Doesn't matter if you are an agent or not, you can benefit from this. You don't even need a lot of money. You can see the link on my signature page.

let me know what you think

Ive worked with a handful of my customers who are retirees from the real estate industry, some in the mortgage segment, on building continuous and solid income by using their years experience and expertise in those areas to manifest a profitable online real estate business.

Most seem to be doing quite well, working at their own pace and need not physically move around or travel to get their deals closed. I guess when you older by day, opportunities kinda shrink by themselves.

[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]There really is no union or pension set up strictly for Real Estate Agents. All that you can do is build a large book of business then find a young up and coming real estate agent that will buy your book of business and pay you on a referral basis or do the dream and start your own Brokerage that will be a large headache in its self. Working for referrals form an agent is no walk in the park either. The other is to practice what you preach and get in the position to buy your own
