for renting a condo, whos responsiblity is the maintence/upkeep fee?

if you own a condo, and are renting that out, whos responsiblity is the maintenance/upkeep relating to cutting the grass, watering the flowers, maintenance, etc. does the renter pay that, or me ?

Any conditions that the renter is supposed to fulfill should be included in the rental lease. If it is not mentioned in the lease then, IMHO, it would fall back on the landlord as they were the one who provided the lease.
