Post if you receive SSDI and own 3 properties can you get breaks on property/school tax?

if you are a low income individual who is disabled who received SSDI and owns 3 properties can you get breaks on property and school tax for all 3 of those properties? are those savings significant ?

also, i'm aware that cities have programs for low income individuals for breaks on electricity and water. are those substantial enough to where there is significant savings for a low income individual?

granted, any savings is better than nothing.

    thank you
