How do new loan officers advertise
I just joined a mortgage firm as a new loan officer. This firm goes thru a lot of LO's and does not provide leads or any marketing for them. I know that all advertising must list the license number of the broker and their name and address.
That said I would like to setup a website to drive people interested in getting loans to. How do I safely advertise without driving the leads to the brokers site which risks losing the leads that I generate as the brokers site doesn't have my info on it?
How do new LO's advertise and keep their leads? Is it ok for the LO to have a separate website (as long as the brokers info is listed)?Hassan Omar
