Loan Modifications. Are there any negative Legal issues associated???
I have read through several websites like this one: LasVegasLoanMods.com and it has sparked my interest. If I can reduce my principal or rate why would I not do it? Is there some sort of negative aspect I am not seeing?

Loan Modification issue response
Are you faced with a financial hardship currently? If not, you probably will not get approved. To verify the hardship many lenders ask for bank statements, financials and hardship documents.
However, many lenders are anticipating hardships especially for homeowners with adjustable mortgages. So, you may get a loan modification approved without having a hardship currently.
Bottom line: If you can't prove you need a loan modification today or in the near future it is unlikely you will get one.

Mr Harris please call me to discuss a loan modification for you
You can email me. Set up a time to come in and talk with us or if it is easier we can have a consultation over the phone. We can analyze your ratios and discuss whether or not a loan modification would work for you. If we think we can achieve a loan modification for you we will put together a target plan of the goals we would like to negotiate for you on your behalf. If we are unable to complete the loan modification successfully we offer a money back guarantee.
