Putting Property into LLC
Curious if anyone has experience/advice here. We own various properties and each naturally has loans, some firsts and seconds. They are conventional realestate loans.
I'd like to put the properties behind an LLC for liability reasons which honestly protect me as well as the bank receiving my payment. However, the loans have due on transfer clauses. So while I hear banks do not actually enforce these, I'm concerned that if i transfer title to my LLC, the bank could demand the loan be paid off.property management software - Free software for managing your rentals
