Programs? I believe Aweber is the one that most would agree to. Its integrated and you can conduct your email marketing campaigns with it.It takes care of your lists, email messages, newsletters , you name it. Kind a like from a to z.

HomeQuest
HomeQuest. Its the only web service that does the website, the lead capture, the drip email marketing and automatic sending of listings.

Aweber is the most commonly used, and probably would offer the most for the price.
Although I used Constant Contact for a while rather cheaply I might add.Using other people's time and other people's money is the key to unlocking an entrepreneur's dreams.

Free Email marketing for real estate
Free email marketing programs are available if the volume is low. Send blaster is free (with certain limitations) for up to 250 emails.

I use constant contact and create the news letters myself. Works well if you have good targeted leads to send e-mail to.

I use top producer for real estate. But, I use aweber for other internet marketing stuffs. both really good, just find top producer better for keeping contact info AND emailing when it comes to real estate.

The 2 best programs I have used are aweber and Icontact. They are really easy to use and they good looking graphics on the forms themselves.
I know with aweber you turn off the double opt-in feature too if you don't want to use it.Free video reveals how to get 10-100 new real estate leads per month.

I've been using Constant Contact and wonder why others feel Aweber is better.
