Aweber is the most commonly used, and probably would offer the most for the price.

Although I used Constant Contact for a while rather cheaply I might add.

I use constant contact and create the news letters myself. Works well if you have good targeted leads to send e-mail to.

I use top producer for real estate. But, I use aweber for other internet marketing stuffs. both really good, just find top producer better for keeping contact info AND emailing when it comes to real estate.

The 2 best programs I have used are aweber and Icontact. They are really easy to use and they good looking graphics on the forms themselves.

I know with aweber you turn off the double opt-in feature too if you don't want to use it.

I've been using Constant Contact and wonder why others feel Aweber is better.
