Quality leads are extremely important. But following up with leads even if they don't use your services immediately will give you a better chance of them becoming a long term client.
If you have really impressed them they will refer friends and family members to you and that is the start of your business.

I have worked with lead gen companies that were worth their while. I was overloaded for a long time.
But everything that I have heard, for the most part is correct. Most companies send leads to multiple Realtors, to monetize a lead multiple times. It really isn't fair to the Realtor, given the rates per lead.Follow up, follow up, follow up, follow up untill they BUY or DIE!!

Well I work for a lead service company that have FSBO leads, no expires, so far i know that the price there is 29.00 for 2 areas I dont think that is too bad, I know that we provide Phone numbers that have been procesed through do not call list. I cant speak for another companies but I have been working in mine for 2 years.
