Thumbs up Great Residential Listing Tool!

Folks if you really want a very strong tool in your tool chest for getting listings and to help you sell your homes for TOP value I highly recommend Talking House! It flat works!

Looks like a great idea. Unfortunately, in our market we have strict signage laws - you can't even put a "For Sale" sign in your yard!

Of course, signage is a moot point in most of our area. Most of the plantations (i.e. residential communities) are gated and you cannot get in without a pass. A few plantations have public access areas (i.e. golf, hotels, etc) but most of the homes are behind interior gates.

This does have one great benefit - no surprise visits from the in-laws

SD, tell me more about Talking House. How does it work? And why do you like it?
