Purchasing leads
Should I purchase leads from Businessfinance.com? They send me leads to review but I don't know if I should purchase them.

Not sure about businessfinance but I would say unless you have 10s of thousands to through at it and stick to it for a while, and have an EXCELLENT phone team take a different path...
I honestly can't say I've seen any decent mortgage leads for sale for at least a couple years...it's done.
REFERRALS REFERRALS REFERRALS
if you're still not convinced I used to use a company called DMA or DMA leads back in the day or datawarehouse I think....

Don't Buy Leads
Create your own for FREE. I came acroos this guy 2 years ago. He was making $30k/mth in his traditional business then he started writing about lead generation.

In my experience, the only people that make money from lead generators are the lead generators themselves.

Don't waste your time or money
Buying leads is a waste of money and you'll waste hours of precious time chasing really bad leads.

I agree, I don't think they would be much good purchasing a lead and what is to say that a dozen other companies have got the same lead through the same company that you would have bought it from.
I don't think it is a very trustworthy way of making a sale, who would sell a hot lead that could be worth a good few thousand dollars / euros for a lower price ?

I was with you guys, untill I found my lead generation company. They will build out a website for your market, give you a top producer type account, pay for your ppc and seo. and then when you close the sale, you kick up a referral fee. If you dont make money, they don't either. Not a bad gig.
Follow up, follow up, follow up, follow up untill they BUY or DIE!!
