    Default Fastest way to get bussiness

    I think I have found my self in a slump, what is the fastest way to get qualifed leads buyer or seller and get back out of a rut?

    The fastest would be to ask those who previously bought from you. I always call them from time to time.

    For Sellers, look at preforeclosures. Distressed sellers are highly motivated. Wholesaling short sales or notes is still a profitable way to get going in real estate for some quick cash.

    To find buyers, get a really appealing landing page, so you can collect email addresses, and advertise on Craigslist, PPC and bulletin boards. I built a very responsive list of local buyers that way.
    However, you have to cultivate your buyers' list: send them a newsletter every week, let them know which properties you have, send them interesting articles, and so on. Also from time to time send them a survey and ask them what type of properties they are looking for, so you know what to "shop" for.

    I agree with laura, getting a great landing page is key especially if you want your online vistors to convert and gain more leads. You need an attractive selling point and a good tracking system to track conversions.
