    Talking Keep it Simple

I say its a combination of everything. Have a great marketing plan and a nice sales talk idea. Then start searching on the web or on yellow pages for contacts and do my thing in convincing them to avail or try a product or service. Internet also helps, owning a blog that would always present the latest trends or events or changes in my product. Socialization on social networks such as face book, twitter, multiply and my space. So you see, its a sugar and spice and everything nice kind of thing.

I feel that there is no magic bullet when it comes to generating clients. Sure one may be more effective than another but you have to mix it up with networking, online, offline and referral partners. And leaving a small stack of business cards never hurt anyone. I do commercial mortgages so I have a a few friends up north that do residential real estate and when a commercial client comes along they send me the lead and we share the file.

getting your clients can be a tough challenge. So much more in fulfilling there needs and request. And if you can handle this things to them then I am pretty sure more and more clients will be satisfied from the type of work you gave them.

We mostly use online methods, and we are more of a pull marketing, meaning we make the clients go to our site, so only interested people will arrive at our site.

But I'll try soon some offline methods, especially most of the market (upper-end) don't usually go to the internet.

Our company generates leads by using web based forms. We have our websites and we usually have a section where a person can fill out a form to get an email. If they do that, their name will automatically go into our system, where our sales people will recieve the info. After this, the sales person will call these people and try and answer questions or sell to them. This is good because the people usually are somewhat interested because they had inquired.

You're best bet is to market yourself well and make sure you have a good website. We use our website to let people inquire about us. On our website there is a place a client can fill out their information to recieve an email and then we can call them to follow up. From there, we usually follow up with them and try and get them to go with us.

It depends on what you think works for you. I suggest you still do the same old style of knocking into doors and talking to possible prospects, or and also make use of the advance technology that we have today - which is the Internet. Through email marketing, you can email your prospects about your offer with utmost honesty on every email you send of course, putting your credibility on the line.

Other make use of social networking sites to talk directly to prospects as well.
