This to is also a very good idea for your real estate clients. It is marketing ideas like this that will set you apart from all your competitors. You always want to use something that people will hang on to or leave an impression in their mind. Being in San Diego, I would also suggest that you get season tickets for the baseball team. Use them to promote your business and give them away to clients. I did this in Atlanta and it brought some extra business in. The business it brought in more than paid for the tickets.

Gifts dropped shipped after closing
My friend in real estate always gives some type of gift to anyone buying a house. His favorite way is drop shipping it to their down step 2 weeks after the house closed. Amazing referrals and thank you notes are received.
How many times are we buying items in our local neighborhoods and NEVER get a card, thank you, call, etc. These companies are losing for sure.

These are great ideas.
I read about one guy, who I believe did granite work, and would send his clients a pair of movie tickets, some business cards and a hand written note a week or so after he finished his work. He said it turned them into instant sales machines for his business. Obviously movie tickets are not as cool as baseball tickets, but I think it is the same principle.
He said it made the people feel special, like they had a connection. From there on out they would tell all of their friends about him when they came over for dinners, movie, etc. just because they really liked him and wanted him to do well.
