Google ranks videos high for keyword terms, and sometimes you can find your material on the front page if you position for the proper keywords. This is one of the fastest and most effective ways to build SEO juice and get content out there for people to find you.

I agree that "Video Listings" are the way to go.

In this day and age, it's hard to capture the attention of the average high-paced customer; but with video, you got them.

Also, if optimized correctly, videos can jump high on Google rankings quickly for your target keyword!

The great things about videos is that they can easily be uploaded to different social media sites where the majority of home buyers hang out.

You could upload images as well, but video captures the attention of today's audience well.

Further, you can tag the video with your targeted keywords to get it ranked high in Google!

What are the best element containing in a video marketing? Any sample video impresses you for 1) introduce yourself and 2) introduce a property? Any URL will be great.

Hi,

I saw this discussion, and as i'm using video to promote my listing, i'll advice you to use real video, and not animated picture, looks cheaper than a simple photo and it doesn't bring real value.
You don't need to spend a lot in video materials, you can get HD video camera for really cheap now, please use a tripod and turn on the light! no need to use professional software, i m sure you can have fun using an easy one as moviemaker or else.
Final editing must not be longer than 2 minutes!
