How to increase leads
I am a real estate agent from Prudential California Realty. I have used FB and Twitter as social networking and of course to get connected with people with the same interest and furthermore to get leads. But it seems not enough to have good leads. Any one can help how to generate more leads?
All response are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hey. This is a constant problem for most realtors. However, it is one that I love to solve because I believe this can set one realtor above the rest. Obviously, if you work for remax or Century 21 your office will generate leads on its own. However, it seems you are interested in generating leads on the internet.
Here what I have done. I created a website that makes it extremely easy for leads to send their contact information to me. Now it is simply a matter of advertising the site to the right people. For that I use Adwords.

Increase your leads
You can increase your lead by using social networking sites like FB and twitter.
But you can also try doing online ad posting, use craigslist to post your ads.

Do some blogging to promote your business. As what Nicole said, try posting on classified ads. It can help you increase your leads.

I have had good success with Craig's list even though the leads are generally not as good. Organic search engine is a longer term result but something to stive for. Pay per click for targeted areas you cover can produce immediate results.
