Don't just look at short term solutions, you need to start working on long term. That's what will make the difference.
You need to provide great services, create relationship with your prospects and clients because they can be you futur leads generators. Put in place a referral program, each time somebody refer someone that buy or sell a house offer them a $200 gift card or something.
For your website, create a free report with the different style of house in the area you are working. Or something that give them value right away, like a free software.
There is so much you can do, but there is no magic button you can press and everything is going to be great.

Amm i would go with facebook and twitter. Get your self plenty followers and you will increase leads for sure. Now if you don't feel like getting followers you can always hire ppls. ;]
