I am offering a product to real estate agents all over the country, and it's a product they all need. What is it? Customers. I am offering a lead generation service. The response so far has been phenomenal.
Let me explain: For $450, a real estate agent will get 60 fresh leads in a 3 month period. A lead is the name, e-mail, and phone number of someone who wants to buy or sell a house. I do a lot of marketing to get these leads. I offer the strongest guarantee in the industry: I guarantee the agent will close at least one deal from these leads. A closed deal means $5,000 to $10,000 or more of profit (usually 3% of whatever the home price is). A guarantee of $5,000 to $10,000 in profit in exchange for $450. Pretty good deal, right? The agents think so too, and In addition, I am potentially saving the agent thousands of dollars they normally spend on marketing themselves to get leads.
