    Default Leads

I found a website that really helped me market myself, as well as get some leads on perspective clients. It is a site for apartment owners and pretty much anything else related to apartments. I advertised my real estate services on there and have gotten a lot of referrals. You should check it out, it is extremely inexpensive, I think the lowest package was even like $50 a year.

Always looking for a good place to pick up some quality leads. You neglected to include the name of the website in your posting.
Looking for a realtor in Minnesota? How about a Missouri realtor in St. Louis or Kansas City? Agents Ranking researches the performance of thousands of real estate agents every year and hand selects the best realtors. You can also find information on Minneapolis Realtors at Minneapolisrealestates.com.

Yeah. Please post the name of the company. I'm always on the lookout for a good deal.

Default Only pay when you close

    mrsmith,

I may be bias but I would recommend checking out CompeteRealty.com (disclaimer: I am one of the founders). After you register with the site you receive an email when a user in your area is looking for an agent.

If the user selects you as their agent you only pay a fee if you close a deal and collect a commission. We don't ask for anything otherwise.

Our goal is to connect buyers and sellers with an agent that best suits their needs. Also want a large number of quality agents listed on our site so we make it the best possible deal for all of our agents.

Well...here's one to stay away from-MostChoice.

It appears that their health insurance leads are having some problems. I assume the mortgage leads are just as bad.

    Just ask Netquote.
