    Default Analyst/Writer Looking for Contacts

    Hello North Americans,

Please allow me to introduce myself - my name is Nick and I am an analyst and writer about international real estate markets.

My first book, the snappily titled 'Propertastic's Complete Guide to Hurghada Property and Egypt's Red Sea Riviera Real Estate' was published last December after I identified the region as offering the best potential for growth over the following two years (apart from Bratislava in Slovakia).

Both markets grew by 30% in the past 9-12 months (which was reassuring to find that my predictions were correct).

I am now living in Hurghada, Egypt where I have an agency selling real estate to Europeans.

My next project will be a series of books called 'Extreme Yields' where I will travel the world looking for markets that offer the best yields for serious investors and parts of the US/Canada are starting to look interesting now for international investors as prices are dropping faster than rental revenues.

I've heard rumors of interesting yields coming out of the rust belt in place such as Detroit and new York, plus also some interesting deals in the areas devastated by Karina.

I've also heard about some interesting possibilities in Canada where they have all of the oil sands.

If you sell real estate in areas that offer rental yields well over 10%, I am interested to hear from you with regards to possibilities of future cooperation.
