New Guy From NJ
Hey just wanted to introduce myself!
My home of residence is in NJ but im in the Army so i end up all over the world. I am stationed in Manheim, Germany but im deployed to Iraq for another 3 months or so.
Anyway I have one rental property in Camden NJ and it has been going well even with me being gone. I have some family members that are into real estate that have been helping out managing the property. I joined this forum to hopefully learn a bunch more and network with people. I have been working on creating a LLC to work under but I have been having trouble working it all out in my head. I have posted in the questions area so if you want, go take a look let me know what you think.
