    Default New Guy!

    Hi everyone, new guy here. I have been investing for 3 years or so and in that time have flipped 11 houses. My wife got her realtors license a few years ago and teamed up with me last year to invest full time.

    I have decided to get away from flipping and focus more on buy and hold, plus getting my license and becoming a full time realtor too! Look forward to learning from the forum and hopefully making some new friends!
