    So it is in Russia
    Russians are buying a lot of real estate abroad, incl. Bulgaria and foreigners are investing in Russia. Though now both processes are paused because of unstable situation, we are expecting groth of bargains with real estate soon.

    yes that is true in bulgaria the weather is very nice so it is good for tourisum and for selling properties on the coast.now more and more people are interested in buying in the big cities like Sofia Varna Plovdiv.how is the situation in Russia?

    that is pretty much the same here. Foreigners are buying real estate is Moscow and St.Petersburg more and more and they do invest in real estate in other regions too - mostly in plants, factories, but not so much.

    Yes the situation is not very good but i am optimist and looking forward to something better
