Hello from NH!

Hi, my name is Jen and I'm from NH. I'm taking a prep course right now to become a Realtor. I'm taking my test on Oct. 29th and I'm getting a little nervous! lol! I already have a job for after I get my licence at Century 21. I also already have about 3 customers that I can start working for after I receive my licence! I can't wait!

Hi Jen,

Best of luck to you on your test and better yet your business as you start. If I can recommend, I recently read Sell With Soul by Jennifer Allan. It is a great book and I've been in Real Estate for 8 years. Trust me on this, I think every Rookie should read this book to benefit their business and also their clients.

hi Jen, I to am from NH and just opened up a real estate investing business.I'm a little nervous about this but fully focused on success.We concentrate on flipping fixer upper's and any size multi families.
