Newbie Questions
Hi guys/ladies im new here and to real estate all together, im ready to go to a 60hr class to go for the salesperson license. My question basically is, is it worth doing? What exactly can you do with that license? Or could I buy and sell say foreclosures on my own without any licenses? I have alot of questions if someone doesn't mind answering them? Thank you in advance for any help.

It depends what you want to do.If you want to sell other people properties, thn yes you have to have a license. Now, if you want to buy foreclosure for yourself and make money that way, you better go without a license. You'll have more freedom than licensed...

How do you get free lists of foreclosures, from the bank or do you have to resort to paying a site for that information? Also is it legal to buy a home for cheap and flip it without doing any work on it? Someone told me that it would be an "illegal flip" or is that bs?
