Mark - I am an individual agent with Keller William's Lake Travis office. Lake Travis is just west of Austin.

How is your local market right now? Our market here in Minnesota is still a buyer's market....but things are moving more towards a balance. Less homes for sale on the MLS is a good thing

Hi Minnesota. The Austin market is better than most in the country, but we have been slow. The area I primarily work is west of downtown around 40 minutes. Being in the Hill Country with Lake Travis, tons of golf and other recreation, prices are much higher out here than in much of the Austin area. The higher end stuff is very slow out here. Having said that, I do have business right now, so I am a pretty happy guy.
