    Default Big Subdivisions

Hi, I'm new here and if this thread is in the wrong place I apologize.

Hey. So, I live in New Jersey and I was curious to know if there was a way I could somehow (online) search for new and/or existing subdivisions in my state. There are two subdivision in my town that were built about 20 years ago and are nice. One has a brick wall and a black marble sign at the front of it and the other is basically just a huge development with one entry and is very private, it has 250 homes.

I am asking this because none of the homes are for sale there and whenever I go online to Khov.com or other builders' websites they are never making these kinds of developments anymore and the houses are terrible. However when I go into other county's I see many developments that are just like the two I mentioned in my town and one builder was actually making a development with 110 homes that were very expensive and nice and had a website and everything, but that was the only one I found.

In short, is there ANY way I can search for this kind of stuff online. Again, I'm in N.J, if that helps at all. Thanks in advance!

hello there welcome to the community. i think first thing you gonna to is to find the previous developer of the subdivision. by doing that you could minimize your options..
