Looking for some advice!!

Hello to whomever this may concern or that is willing to read and help me. For a long time I have thought about getting into real estate. I don't have any current experience, school or credentials. Someone once told me that there is no risk in bird dogging. I honestly have no clue how this works, but they said that it would be a decent income in which I could get started and at the same time learn everything I need to about real estate. Would you suggest this to be a good approach to starting a career in the real estate business? If this is not a suggestion in which you would agree with or go about, maybe you have some better suggestions. I'm really digging for answers, I'm looking for ways in which I can support my wife and family.
