    Default Hello board

K Mav here introducing myself to the board. I am a young, fresh and new to the game of Real estate investing. I am actually buying my first property in the next couple of days.

I am diving right in b/c I figure now is the best time to do so. I am slaved by a bank right now (one of the ones that does not need help from the government if you can believe that) so I have some knowledge on mortgages, credit and etc.

    Questions to the board:

    1. Is it ok to talk about deals that we are personally doing and get feed back? (Did not see that mentioned in the rules)
    2. Is it ok to show pics of potential properties and get feed back?

Just let me know b/c I dont want to rub anyone wrong.

My number 1 phrase is, "you got to be in it to win it". On a personal note I always look for positive creative solutions to everyday and once in a day problems.

Lastly I look forward to being an active member and contributing the the forum.

    Thanks,

    K Mav

Welcome to the forum. I am not sure about talking about your deals here, that really sounds like it belongs on a RE investor website. But since I feel a normal homebuyer should approach buying a home logically and with the same care and planning an investor would, I would like to know. So many home buyers/sellers think emotionally and it adversely affects their RE buying/selling. That is the reason professionals that are not attached emotionally to the property are such a blessing to many when buying or selling.
