Hello Everyone, I am new to this site. I am a newer real estate agent in the Florida Panhandle and like knowing what is going on in the market everywhere.

Thanks for the welcome. My husband and I have lived in the Grayton Beach area for almost 20 years and been small business owners. We love real estate and thought it would be something we would enjoy. We chose to get into the real estate market in these tough times because we want to learn how to "sell" real estate. We are doing quite well. We are in an area where it is mostly second homes, so this helps.

We have already sold over $5 million in our first year. We spend a lot of time in open houses and a lot of time sending big email blasts and big mail outs. A lot of the real estate agents in our area got lazy when the big boom was in process, because they never had to go find buyers and sellers. Over 1600 have now left the business. We have been able to generate great leads through open houses in our area.
